The NGC Catalog service is currently experiencing issues with the “Welcome Guest” drop-down menu. Users cannot expand the drop-down menu and navigate to the NGC sign in page.

The workaround is to navigate directly to ngc.nvidia.com/signin

The issues are being actively investigated and updates will be posted on this status page.
